1、面料Fabric

滌綸面料復合PVC并做防霉處理、成品面料防霉防潑水。面料花型款式可依據(jù)客戶指定花型定做，或采用現(xiàn)有花型面料制作。

Polyester fabric is compounded with PVC and treated with anti-mildew, and the finished fabric is anti-mildew and water repellent. The fabric pattern style can be customized according to the pattern specified by the customer, or made with existing pattern fabrics.

2、內材Internal materials

a.相變材料：在某一固定溫度點，保持長時間溫度恒定的情況下，緩慢改變物理狀態(tài)（固態(tài)-液態(tài)，液態(tài)-固態(tài)）的同時，會吸收或者釋放大量的熱量。

a. Phase change material: At a fixed temperature point, maintaining a constant temperature for a long time, slowly changing the physical state (solid-liquid, liquid-solid) at the same time, will absorb or release a large amount of heat.

    內材為無機相變材料的冰墊俗稱為冰沙墊。

    The ice pad whose inner material is an inorganic phase change material is commonly called a smoothie pad.

    以我司專利相變材料為內材，設置適宜的溫度點為30度，冰墊邊緣環(huán)境溫度高于或者低于30度，冰墊會發(fā)揮作用，吸收或放出熱量，以達到一個動態(tài)的能量守恒。

    Using our patented phase change material as the internal material, the appropriate temperature point is set to 30 degrees, and the ambient temperature at the edge of the ice pad is higher or lower than 30 degrees. The ice pad will play a role to absorb or release heat to achieve a dynamic energy Conservation.

b.凝膠：90%的成分為水，高吸水性材料聚合水形成固態(tài)凝膠，因此被俗稱為水凝膠。

二、產品特點Product features

冰沙冰墊Smoothie ice pad

1、冰沙墊在儲冷量飽和狀態(tài)時，內材相變材料為固態(tài)形式。當外界溫度高于30度或在使用時，內材相變材料開始吸熱并逐漸由固態(tài)轉變?yōu)橐簯B(tài)。

     When the ice sand pad is in the state of saturated cold storage capacity, the internal phase change material is in a solid form. When the outside temperature is higher than 30 degrees or in use, the internal phase change material begins to absorb heat and gradually changes from a solid state to a liquid state.

2、冰沙墊在儲冷量飽和狀態(tài)時，依據(jù)使用情況和環(huán)境可持續(xù)制冷時間可達到2-6小時。

     When the cold storage capacity of the smoothie pad is saturated, the sustainable cooling time can reach 2-6 hours according to the use situation and the environment.

3、冰沙墊 固態(tài)-液態(tài) 和 液態(tài)-固態(tài)，為一個循環(huán)，冰沙墊在經(jīng)過3000-5000次循環(huán)后，制冷效果依然可以達到初始狀態(tài)的80%。

     The smoothie pad is solid-liquid and liquid-solid, which is a cycle. The cooling effect of the smoothie pad can still reach 80% of the initial state after 3000-5000 cycles.

凝膠冰墊Gel ice pad

水凝膠的柔軟度高，并具有高回彈性，因其主成分為水，所以冰涼效果優(yōu)于其他種類凝膠。

The hydrogel has high softness and high resilience. Because its main component is water, the cooling effect is better than other types of gels.

四、冰墊使用說明Instructions for use of ice pad

1、冰墊未達冷飽和或者使用之后，需放置于空調房或低溫處預冷。

After the ice pad has not reached cold saturation or used, it needs to be placed in an air-conditioned room or a low temperature place to pre-cool.

2、小孩或老人使用時，如感覺太涼，則建議墊一層床單。

When children or the elderly feel too cold, it is recommended to use a bed sheet.

3、冰墊臟污可用清潔劑清洗，抹布擦拭，不宜用刷子。另需在陰涼處攤平晾干，不宜被陽光直射或懸掛晾干。

The dirty ice pad can be cleaned with detergent and wiped with a cloth instead of a brush. In addition, it needs to be spread out to dry in a cool place, and should not be exposed to direct sunlight or hung to dry.

4、存放冰墊處環(huán)境溫度應在28度以下并避免陽光直射。
